Homes loan
Implemented by the federal government in 2022. The Canada
Greener Homes Loan is a 10 year, 0% interest rate up to a
maximum $40,000 to go solar.
Rules:
- You must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent resident, or
non resident legally licensed to work in Canada. - You can only use this loan on your primary residence.
- You can only apply/use qualify for this loan once. If already used for other home retrofit. You are no longer eligible for this loan.
